SPIN/CORE/STRETCH:

Our class instructor Karen will take you on a 45-minute indoor cycling class, followed by a combination of core and stretching exercises to start your weekend right.

SPIN/CORE/STRETCH:

Tabata

This High Intensity Interval class will leave you sweating! Our instructors will put you various drills where you will give it everything you got for 20 seconds at a time with 20 seconds of rest in between each interval. Every Tabata sequence is 4 minutes long and a total of 8 intervals. Because the intervals are short you’re able to really push your limits and burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time.

A slow-paced style of yoga with poses or holds that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or more per pose is typical.

A fun way to shed pounds, loosen up your waist and shake a little something during an exciting warm up and prepare to tone up that body.

Designed by our trainer Paul "Villa". The class starts with a dynamic warm up following a 3 round full body circuit style training with many different variations to get you to "Move"

If you like electronic music then this is the cycling class for you! Electro-Spin is a fun and upbeat class, where all the drills are done to popular electronic beats. Pump your legs to the bass and let the music take you on an amazing ride!

This is an introductory class to Kettle Bell training. In this class, you will be doing a combination of strength and cardio exercises using basic Kettle Bell exercises. Kettle Bell training is an awesome form of functional training that will help you perform better as an athlete and in your everyday life. Join us for an amazing workout that you will feel all over!

A Core class with a mix of high and low intensity full body aerobics. The class is designed in interval format, combining low and high impact moves, to help you strengthen those abs and work up a sweat!

Join us for the ride of your life! Cycle fit is a fun class where you will push your limits on the bike, as your instructor takes you on a journey doing hills, sprints, and other drills on the bike. Escape the ordinary and take a ride with us!

Having trouble shaping your lower body? Tone and tighten those trouble areas (Booty, Legs and Tummy) with Coach Judyta! This small and intimate class will 'attack' these spots in a fantastic calorie burning workout.

SUSPENSION TRAINING

The class is a form of resistance training that includes a suspension trainer using body weight in which a variety of compound movements can be performed. Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions to attack all areas of the body.

POWER YOGA FLOW:

Power Yoga is an intense workout that will make you sweat. Like the traditional Ashtanga practice, this class follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa but with with an even faster rhythm.

Hatha Flow Yoga

During this class you will flow through specific sequences of primary yoga postures or asanas that will allow energy to flow more freely through your body. This will help you achieve more balance, flexibility, and strength.
